My name is Okagbare, Ovieroghene Matthew and I go by the stage name “Baskii Fosh”.

I’m a rapper, singer, songwriter, and music entrepreneur. I started music at the early age of six, influenced greatly by my parents, family, and friends. My genre of creativity lies between Hip Hop and Rap.

I released my first official single in 2017 titled “Igbida”. Subsequently, I went on to release “Mata”, “G.P”, “Come Back”, “Boxed Up”, “Better Than This”, and “Time”. My most recent body of work is an unreleased track titled  “Blessings”.

Over the years, I’ve worked on bettering my craft as a musician. I honestly believe I’m the best at what I do and that is one of the reasons I use my phrase, “I’m the Best One That’s Rapping ain’t nobody topping Me”.

I believe that anyone who wants to be the best should work towards it so that they can be top-tier creatives.
Furthermore, my motivation comes from my fans (Baskiians.) The feeling I get from them is surreal and I don’t take it for granted. The thought of being able to use my music to make an impact in someone’s life whether it’s in making them happy, or getting them through a particular moment they’re facing is what keeps me going.

About The Project

My project is titled “Blessings”, which is a fusion of Afro-Pop and Hip hop music.

I certainly believe this song is one of a kind and would want it to be placed on Apple Music Top 100 and also be the most trending song on TikTok.

For me to embark on this project, I’ll be needing financial support to make this a reality.

The gross sum of Five hundred thousand naira (N500,000) is the feasible plan, as this would enable me to pay top Tik Tok influencers like Softmadeit, Beauty goddess, Rodney, Efemena, Oninyebuchi to mention a few to promote the music on their page.

In the same vein, I would need to pay Apple Music promoters to get “Blessings” into the Nigerian Apple Music top 100.
